[Video] 3 Ways to Strengthen Relationships with Small Business Banking Clients

Small business bankers and branch managers gain relationship-building strategies in a new video produced by bank sales consulting and training firm Clarity Advantage.

“Three elements can help small business bankers and branch managers strengthen the relationships they have with their small business banking clients,” says Nick Miller, president of the bank sales consulting and training firm Clarity Advantage.

In the company’s latest video entitled Sales Strategies: Developing Closer Relationships, Miller details the three keys to deeper client relationships: “A stronger platform – the value they bring; presence – their physical and electronic visibility in their clients’ lives; and positioning – the role they seek and prepare themselves to play among their clients’ teams of trusted advisors.”
