Speaking yesterday in a Small Business track panel led by Gail Gandy, Senior Vice President from Wells Fargo Bank, Miller joined fellow panelists Frank Aloi from athPower and Andrew Garvin, Senior Vice President, Strategy, at Radius to discuss current and future practices small business and business banking. Following Andrew Garvin’s presentation to define big data and current trends in analytics, Miller spoke about two software applications that use big data to provide analytic insight and sales support to business bankers, helping them target the most appropriate prospects and customers in which to invest their time and generating documents for call preparation and conversation support.
