Summer Break

In which we are reminded to take from time to time a pause to refresh and regroup.

It’s mid-year. Half-time.  Weekly Sales Thought is taking a couple of weeks off.  I am (as we say in these parts) “down the Cape”, meaning, enjoying the outer-most reaches of Cape Cod.

Four Seas Ice Cream in Centerville has long been a family favorite, a signature element of every Miller family summer Cape Cod vacation.  We started there, early afternoon on Saturday, and finished with ice cream from Buffy’s in Chatham.  A “ two ice creams” day.  The best!  And, while I’ll sample other flavors, I always order chocolate for myself.  I like to compare one provider’s chocolate ice cream to another’s.  I won’t quite say that any flavor other than chocolate is a waste of time… and I lean in that direction.  We hope to enjoy a few hours sailing on Pleasant Bay while we’re here.

We’ll start up again on July 11th.   This week and next, if you’d like to read something,  past Weekly Sales Thoughts are available at https://clarityadvantage.com/category/weekly-sales-thoughts/ and are searchable.

For those in the United States, best wishes for your July 4th celebrations.  Here in Boston, we’re looking forward to the Boston Pops concert and fireworks over the Charles River.
