September 1, 2023   Clarity President, Nick Miller, will be organizing and facilitating three panel discussions at Small Biz 2023 in Nashville, November 13 – 15, 2023.

• “Value Beyond Bank Product” with panelists from BAI and Comerica Bank will explore the extent to which banks can and should offer services beyond their bank products to differentiate, attract, and retain small business customers.
• “Staying Close, Remotely” with panelists from Huntington Bank and Santander Bank will focus on the positioning, value, and management of remote bankers serving the microbusiness and small business segments.
• “Delivering Advice at Scale” with panelists from Machias Credit Union, Sound Credit Union, and The Small Business Company will focus on how banks and credit unions can meet business owner expectations for “advice” from their banks through multiple channels (bankers, website, social media) rather than relying only on well-experienced bankers.

Each of the sessions will run 30 minutes and both Nick and panelists will be at the conference available to continue discussions and answer questions.
